We connect your inbox, write your business profile with you, put your quote link on your Google Business Profile, and send test inquiries until the replies sound like you. Optional, and free for founding customers.
No reply goes out until you tap Approve. The one exception is yours to control: a short after-hours note ("Thanks, we got your message and will get back to you first thing in the morning") that you can switch off in Settings. On Pro you can also add auto-send rules for routine replies.
