Re: Kitchen remodel
Hi Ben, Thanks for getting in touch! Kitchen remodels typically run $35,000-$80,000, depending on scope. We're booking new projects about 6-8 weeks out. The best next step is a free design consultation in your home. What's your address, and which days work for you? Chris Summit Remodeling (406) 555-0142

Try it with a message a customer might send

Summit Remodeling is a made-up business for this demo. Pick a message or write your own, then approve the reply on the phone.

The first business to reply usually gets the job.

When someone needs a remodeling pro, they message three or four businesses and go with whoever answers first. Most owners can't answer from a ladder, a crawl space or the truck, so the lead goes cold.

EmergentFlow: seconds
1 hour
1 day
Typical reply: 42 hours
Reply within the hour
Businesses that responded within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify the lead as those that waited even one more hour.
Wait a day
Waiting 24 hours or more made them more than 60 times less likely to qualify the lead than replying within the hour.
What most businesses do
Of 2,241 U.S. companies tested, those that replied within 30 days took 42 hours on average. 23% never replied at all.

How it works

Setup takes about 10 minutes. Point it at your website and it fills in your services, hours and service area for you.

  1. 1

Connect your inbox and quote form

Gmail, Outlook or most other email. No website? You get a request-a-quote page to put on Google, Facebook and your truck.

  2. 2

It drafts a reply in your voice

Every new inquiry gets a draft within seconds, written from your services, area, hours and prices. Spam and sales pitches are set aside.

  3. 3

    You tap Approve

Your phone buzzes with the lead and the draft. Approve, edit or skip. The reply goes out from your own email address.

You're always in control.

  • Every reply waits for your tap.Approve it, change a word, or skip it. Want routine answers to go out on their own? That's a switch you flip, not a default.
  • It only says what you've told it.No made-up prices, promises, arrival times or warranties. If it doesn't know, it asks the customer or offers an estimate.
  • After hours, nobody is left wondering.A short note tells the customer you got their message and when you'll reply. Switch it off any time.
  • Redo it in one tap.“Shorter.” “Ask for photos.” “Offer Tuesday or Wednesday.”
Reply settings
  • Ask me before every reply
    Drafts wait for your approval.
  • After-hours note
“Thanks, we got your message. We'll reply first thing in the morning.”
  • Auto-send routine replies Pro
    Skip approval for simple questions.
  • Never say
Arrival times or final prices over email.

Built for remodeling inquiries

  • Ballpark questions get your real ranges, not a guess, plus an offer of a consultation.
  • It tells people how far out you are booking, so the right customers wait for you.
  • It asks for the address and the scope, so your first visit is a real one.

Everything else it does

Questions owners ask

Does it send anything without me?

No reply goes out until you tap Approve. The one exception is yours to control: a short after-hours note ("Thanks, we got your message and will get back to you first thing in the morning") that you can switch off in Settings. On Pro you can also add auto-send rules for routine replies.

Will it sound like me?

It writes in the tone you pick (friendly, professional or casual), signs with your name, and uses only your services, service area, hours and pricing notes. Edit any draft before it goes, or tap a quick fix like "shorter" or "ask for photos".

Which email works?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and most other email providers (anything with IMAP). Replies go out from your own address, in the same thread, like you wrote them.

What if I don't have a website?

You get a hosted request-a-quote page with its own link. Put it on your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, Nextdoor or a QR code on the truck. Have a website? Paste one snippet to add the form, or connect the form you already use.

Is my data private?

Your customers' messages are used only to draft your replies. We don't sell data and we don't use your messages to train AI models. Message text is sent to Google's Gemini API to write the draft and is deleted from EmergentFlow after 12 months. The privacy policy has the details.

What does it cost to run?

$99 a month on Starter or $249 on Pro, after a free 14-day trial with no card. There are no per-message fees and no AI usage bills, and replies go out through your own email. Done-for-you setup is $499 one time if you want it, and free for founding customers.

What happens when the trial ends?

AI drafts pause until you pick a plan. Inquiries keep coming in and nothing is lost, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
